How It Works

All your laundry items will be washed together as a single load, unless you specifically request otherwise. Please note that there is a minimum charge equivalent to 5kg of laundry for each wash cycle. For example, if you have a total of 8kg and wish to separate dark and light items, you will be charged for two service washes, even if one load weighs 6kg and the other only 2kg.

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that all items you provide are suitable for both washing and drying. Should we notice any item that is not suitable for our machines, we will not process it. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any unsuitable items that are not identified prior to washing.

Our Technology

Our state-of-the-art dryers are equipped with sensors and operate at significantly lower temperatures than traditional machines found in launderettes or at home. This technology helps reduce the risk of shrinkage, over-drying, or excessive wrinkling. Once your laundry is dry, it is promptly removed from the dryers and professionally folded to minimise the need for ironing.
