Service Area and Offer

We offer a convenient collection and delivery service for customers located in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole who are unable to visit our high street premises in Tuckton, Southbourne. This service is available for a small fee, with a minimum order value of £20. We collect and deliver a range of items, including laundry, ironing, dry cleaning, clothing alterations and repairs. Our service is ideal for all customers, particularly for handling heavy or bulky items such as curtains, duvets, wedding dresses, Air BnB linens, service washes, ironing and wash & iron bundles.

How to Arrange a Collection

First-time users should contact us by calling 01202 425404 or by emailing via our contact form. We will require your full address and contact numbers to register you for the service. Once registration is complete, we will send you a text message with an approximate collection time. Future bookings can be made either through the shop or by texting us directly. We offer flexible arrangements to suit your needs, including weekly, fortnightly, ad hoc, or one-off collections. If you prefer, you can opt for either pick-up or drop-off only, allowing you to bring items to, or collect from, our premises as convenient.

Personalised Service

Our service is popular with many elderly clients who use the wash and fold or wash and iron options. We aim to ensure continuity by having the same delivery driver serve you each time, helping to build rapport and trust. Busy professional families also benefit from the hassle-free nature of our service.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed upon return of your items, and you will receive a full itemised receipt. Our delivery drivers are equipped with mobile card payment terminals and can also accept cash. Pre-registered customers may pay online via bank transfer. If you are organising the service for an elderly person, we accept third-party bank payments as well. Commercial customers are invoiced monthly, and we are VAT registered.

Flexible Collection and Delivery Arrangements

We offer flexible collection and delivery points, such as your garage, porch, shed, or even with a neighbour. Customers simply leave their items out for us to collect on a weekly basis or as needed. Requests are made by texting the Delivery Mobile, and we will reply to confirm your booking. We strive to make the process as simple and flexible as possible. As delivery slots are limited, we recommend booking early. Please note that failed delivery attempts for prearranged collections can usually be avoided by texting the driver or calling the shop at least one hour before the agreed time slot.

Order Processing

All orders are bagged and tagged upon collection and tracked using our fully computerised system. Each delivery order is processed individually and never mixed with those of other customers in our machines.

Clothing Alterations and Repairs

For clothing alterations and repairs, please provide clear instructions regarding your requirements. Our full-time, on-site seamstress will contact you with any questions. If you are sending multiple services in one collection, please ensure each item is clearly marked to identify the required service.
