1. Call 01202425404 or text the Delivery Mobile number (registered customers only)
2. We’ll agree a delivery slot including a rough time
3. On the day your Delivery Driver plans the route and text you with an estimated time for collection.
4. On arrival hand over your bagged items, confirming what service(s) you require.
5. Discuss and confirm a delivery date to be returned.
6. On the day of return the Delivery Driver will text you an estimated time for delivery
7. Presented with the itemised bill to pay by Card or Cash. Bank payments are only accepted by regular customers or paying before delivery.
8. If you require another collection, book with the driver or text the mobile when you next need us. We’ll have your details saved in our system and delivery mobile.
Flexible Collection and Delivery Arrangements
We offer flexible collection and delivery points for customers that want to leave their items in safe place for their extra convenience, such as your garage, porch, shed, or even with a neighbour. Customers simply leave their items out for us to collect on a weekly basis or as needed. Requests are made by texting the Delivery Mobile, and we will reply to confirm your booking. We strive to make the process as simple and flexible as possible. As delivery slots are limited, we recommend booking early. Please note that failed delivery attempts for prearranged collections/delivery can usually be avoided by texting the driver or calling the shop at least one hour before the agreed time slot. Customers where we pick up and drop off save 50% on Doorstep Service fees.
Order Processing
All orders are bagged and tagged upon collection and tracked using our fully computerised system. If you have different services e.g., Ironing and Wash and Iron etc please bag separately and clearly label to avoid errors.
Clothing Alterations and Repairs
For clothing alterations and repairs, please provide clear instructions regarding your requirements. Our full-time, on-site seamstress will contact you with any questions. If you are sending multiple services in one collection, please ensure each item is clearly marked to identify the required service.
