We offer a convenient doorstep service covering Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. Delivering a reliable, consistent, and professional experience comes with associated costs, particularly for transportation and driver wages. As such, a proportion of these expenses is reflected in the charges for using this service. If you would prefer to avoid these fees, you are welcome to drop off and collect your items directly from our premises in Tuckton, Bournemouth. Please note that charges apply to each trip. To help you save on these fees, we recommend having a new collection ready when we deliver your previous order.
Within 1 mile: £1.00 per trip e.g. £2.00 for collection and delivery
Within 3 miles: £1.50 per trip e.g. £3.00 for collection and delivery
Within 5 miles: £2.00 per trip e.g. £4.00 for collection and delivery
Over 5 miles: £2.50 per trip e.g. £5.00 for collection and delivery
Small order fee for orders less than £20, includes delivery fee i.e. minimum total charge is £20 after discounts.

Turnaround Times
Frequent customers benefit from a 10% discount on the above prices. Typically, orders are completed within 2–3 days, although turnaround may be longer during the summer season due to increased demand. When the service is at its busiest, orders from regular customers are prioritised. Wash and Fold and Ironing Orders are generally processed more quickly than Wash & Iron Services. Our team will always confirm a completion date with you prior to registering your order.
For customers placing shop orders, you will receive an automated text as soon as your order is ready for collection. Doorstep service customers will agree a return date with their Driver and will also receive a text message on the delivery day providing an estimated delivery time.
