Why "Bin Your Bra"?
Instead of letting your unwanted or unloved bras end up in a landfill, you can now "bank" them with us to make a real difference. Your donations support a "quadruple whammy" of good:
Funding Research: For every tonne of bras collected, Against Breast Cancer receives ÂŁ700 to fund pioneering research into new treatments and a future vaccine.
Supporting Small Businesses: Useable bras are sent to developing countries like Togo, Ghana, and Kenya, where they are sold at affordable prices by local traders to support their families.
Promoting Health & Safety: In some communities, access to affordable bras provides a degree of safety and dignity for women and girls.
Saving the Planet: This initiative prevents valuable textiles from going to landfill, giving them a new lease of life.
What Can You Donate?
We accept bras in any size, any colour, and any condition:
New or gently worn bras.
Pretty, frilly, or plain everyday bras.
Sports, maternity, and post-surgery bras.
Even bras that are "beyond redemption" (these are dismantled and recycled properly).
